This training introduces learners to credit card basics and the importance of protecting Personally Identifiable Information (PII). Participants explore how credit cards function, learn to recognize valid cards by following established policies, and practice verifying transaction records. The course also covers the manual credit card processing procedure, ensuring learners understand both digital and traditional workflows.

The team identified that repeated use of the same legacy course had caused learning fatigue, negatively impacting engagement and retention. This updated training was designed to reinvigorate the learning experience, improve knowledge retention, and equip participants to confidently identify, validate, and securely process credit card transactions while safeguarding sensitive information.
